Frameweld redefined the way Columbia University delivers its continuing medical education (CME) online. We delivered a custom learning platform for CME with three learning workflow templates, based on user research and close collaboration with stakeholders. The platform allows for self-paced open courses, or private blended courses that bridge the gap between live events and online certification. We created ACCME-compliant learning workflows, automated certification, and introduced outcomes measurement, in addition to creating unique collaboration and publishing workflows.
